Lysanne oversees the operations of the cluster, and manages the team. She ensures the satisfaction of In-Sec-M members by coordinating the service offer and by deploying actions both at national and international levels. Lysanne is also developing partnerships in research and innovation.

Responsible for various initiatives affecting all aspects of the business growth of the cluster and its members. He is also responsible for the activities related to our support service in developing cybersecurity markets.
Rémi Douville

Rémi Douville has several years’ experience in project management in the field of cybersecurity, and is responsible for overseeing projects and programs relating to Law 25. Rémi is committed to facilitating access to experts to strengthen this initiative. Its main objective is to improve the protection of personal information within organizations, thereby contributing to a safer and more reliable digital environment for all.
Renaud Levesque
Cybersecurity consultant
Renaud brings his cybersecurity expertise to In-Sec-M. He has been in charge of executives for multiple years at CSE/CST (the Canadian counterpart to the NSA), where he was responsible for R&D and IT infrastructure. Before a 3-year stint in the private sector, he was the lead engineer on numerous CSE/CST projects
Bassem Arfaoui
PROJECT MANAGER
With 10 years of experience, particularly in IT project management in the private and public sector. Bassem Arfaoui is a project manager for the PARI program, in addition to being passionate about soccer and crossfit!

Guardian of the In-Sec-M brand image, Maude ensures the cohesion of our image on all platforms, Web and print. All our graphic and Web needs go through her good care, both internally and for our parallel projects.

ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
Passionate about accounting, economics and technology, Ousama is the one who takes care of the financial management of In-Sec-M with several years of experience in NPO as treasurer, accounting clerk and now accounting technician. He makes sure that the multiple projects of In-Sec-M can be carried out while respecting the rules of good governance and accountability established by our funders.

Head of Member Relations
Eugene, as Head of Member Relations, leverages his extensive experience in Operations, Marketing, and Accounting to enhance member value. He is dedicated to building streamlined processes to centralize member information, including feedback, enabling a deeper understanding of member needs. By aligning organizational priorities with member-centric solutions, Eugene ensures the development of strategies that foster stronger relationships and drive meaningful outcomes for all members.
