Strategic Mission at Cybertech Global Tel Aviv
The national cybersecurity cluster In-Sec-M, in collaboration with the Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv, is organizing a cybersecurity economic mission to Tel Aviv and Be’er Sheva from January 29 to February 2, 2023, in conjunction with Cybertech Global Tel Aviv.
Cybertech Global Tel Aviv is a must-attend international event for companies and researchers in the sector, having attracted more than 18,000 visitors at its last edition. It will be an opportunity for Canadian cybersecurity companies and organizations to meet potential customers and partners and to strengthen existing relationships. Cybertech Global Tel Aviv annually brings together startups, SMEs and major OEMs, the research community, the public sector, militaries, investment funds as well as many senior executives from sectors such as finance, insurance, critical infrastructure, healthcare, etc. On the agenda:
- lectures, round tables, workshops and technology demonstrations;
- a trade show and its B2B matchmaking platform;
- numerous networking opportunities;
- meetings and group visits.
Objectives
This mission aims to boost Canada’s economic ties with Israel and cybersecurity players from around the world. It aims to support the development of business relationships between Canadian, Israeli and foreign organizations as well as to foster collaborations in research and innovation. By positioning Canada as a business and research partner, this mission will also contribute to highlighting the cutting-edge expertise of Canadian cybersecurity players.
Packages
In-Sec-M may, due to circumstances beyond its control, modify the services included in the proposed packages.
Airfare, lodging, transportation (except group transportation) and meals are not included in these packages. Each participant is responsible for making his or her own flight and hotel reservations, for which suggestions will be sent to you as needed.

Member package
Rate per participant: $400 plus taxes (non-refundable)
Rate per additional participant from the same organization: $325 plus taxes (non-refundable)
Non-member package
Rate per participant: $500 plus taxes (non-refundable)
Rate per additional participant from the same organization: $425 plus taxes (non-refundable)
This package includes the following services:
- privileged access to the major contractors present thanks to a collaboration with the organizers of Cybertech Global Tel Aviv Conference;
- group meetings with major contractors and other representatives of the Israeli and foreign cybersecurity ecosystem;
- visits to companies, research centres and government agencies in the country;
- group transportation during the day of visits;
- Canadian networking cocktail in Tel Aviv;
- briefing and information sessions with the In-Sec-M team and its collaborators;
- logistical and technical support for travel and accommodation;
- mission notebook and participant directory;
- accompaniment throughout the mission by the In-Sec-M team;
- support for the organization of personalized meetings at the Cybertech Global Tel Aviv exhibition.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a legally incorporated Canadian company, educational institution, research centre or organization involved in the cybersecurity or related sector.
- Want to do business abroad or want to collaborate with foreign players to carry out collaborative projects and establish innovative partnerships with them.
